Sickle Bar 3 point boom sickle mower

Hope someone can help me. Was searching the web and came across a 3 point boom sickle mower . It was compatable with compact tractors , and would be perfect for ditches. The problem is I can't find it again. Hopefully someone here can help. Thanms

I was looking for a reach mower and found them at www.easternfarmmachinery.com they quoted me $6000 for one for my 37hp compact. It is a flail head though

I got a used Ford 505 sicklebar mower for abut 600 including shipping from KY to OK. Definitely used but it cuts pretty fair and now that the owners manual, parts manual, and repair manuals have come in (can buy new manuals from New Holland over the net) I will be able to service, repair, adjust, and lube with more confidence. It is a 7 footer and will cut with bar lowered down below horizontal or raised up 90 degrees in the air (in theory... in practice that would be dangerously stupid).

check www.vmc-mow.com they have both flail, and sickle heads for reach mowers of 10 ft reach up to 30 ft reach,,,the 10 ft reach will perform well behind tractors as small as 20 hp.
