I have just gotten a 2815HST and am in need of a rear blade to grade a driveway. What is the biggest I could go and still have the tractor perform well. Would an 84" be too big?

No, an 84" would be just right. I have a Bush Hog 3507, (7ft), angle blade on my 2615. It covers my tracks nicely when set at an angle that puts the material toward the center of the road. A shorter blade at an angle would be insufficient for my needs.

I have a 72" on my Kubota that is very similar in HP and weight to your 2815 HST and 84" would be ideal, especially when using it at an angle.

I've got a 72-inch King Kutter rear blade on my 2015, which it handles with ease for snow and gravel. I would think that the 2615 could handle an 84-inch without any problem.
