anyone have the engine service manual with the steps to get this in and out, its hung up I just do not know by what.

Did u go thru the front & remove the 3 bolts that are holding the drive to the gear.??

Sorry.. thought it was a Ford 2810..
There is a cut-out in the block that allows the rack pin to slide by.. if u don't get the pin to the cut-out, it wont come out..{hung up}
Does it have an electric shut off solenoid?? shuts off w/ the key?? Take the solenoid out 1st..
