28 fertilizer cart

I'm going to build a fertilizer cart to haul 28, but does anyone know where to get 5000 or 6000 pound axles I would need 2 but I don't know where to buy them?

I don't understand "haul 28"; but a google for 6000 pound axles search had this as the first site to check.
