The dealers here in Minnesota still can order new 2720s or the 2032rs the 2720s are still available they are both listed on web site, Dealer says they just change the model numbers the only thing dealer says is they don't offer the 72 inch drive over deck on the new model.
Look at both specification they are the same

They never had a 72" drive over for any model. 62D is the largest of the drive over MMM decks.

I have had my 2032R for over a week now. They have made a few little changes but nothing major. Pretty much the same tractor as my 2520 was.

How did you get it so quick? I would like to see some pictures of it.

Hi, I am just now hauling my just purchased used 2720 home today. Did lots of research. There are pics on tractor house of a 2720 with a 72D installed. Tried to get one, gave up. Same story you guys ran into. Mine came without a FEL, so the challenge was to get a 200CX, which has also been discontinued. Really looking forward to giving it a first work out tonight.

I could not wait. I really wanted to stay green since my 325 has been good to me.

I have an LS R3039H being delivered Tuesday:).

the 72 inch D now is only for the auto disconnect for the 3000 series. The new 2032 is just like the 2720 there loader is a H130 same as 200CX except model number and price. I would think there still is 200cx loaders in John Deere yards The best way is to contact more than just one John Deer dealer to get the facts and don't rely on internet chit/chat. most dealers have toll free numbers I would think that the H130 loader would fit on the 2720 since they are the same tractor except for model number and price. make some phone calls on Monday

200cx coming from Montana. The loader itself is standard. It is the support arms that bolt to the tractors that vary. If we had ordered the arms and just got the loader separate, the price tag went up significantly. Oh well.

Tried out the 2720 tonight. Loved some things and learned some thing. Cruise control was cool. Not sure about the industrial tires for mowing. Did tear up the ground, just didn't always bite enough to turn well, even in two wheel drive.

I am not going to fuss the tires until I take a close look at the brush hog trailing wheel. I thing the clevis that holds the trailing wheel is bent, which causes the hog to scuff, and I think it is acting like a combination rudder and anchor. And that may be contributing to the skidding of the industrial tires in the front.

Do like the 2720 as it does handle the 5' hog, while the 2305 is good for getting into places. Tomorrows task is to remove the mulching deck and install the ROPS. ,

Have a 2720 with industrial tires. No issues with tearing up the lawn unless I am using 4WD on a spot where there is a slop (use 5' rear finish mower). That said, after a rain it will leave impressions - I mainly use it to mow meadows/trails I have established on the property. I always remove the FEL for mowing due weight.
IMO no tractor will turn well in 2WD/with differential lock engaged as the rear tires will always try to pull equally. If you need traction & are mowing, use 4WD. Front tires will likely bite a bit, but normally not too bad if you don't do sharp turns.

Tried the R4s with the rudder (the brush hog with faulty rear wheel) and everything works well. I do not have FEL yet, so that isn't adding weight
, however there are three hang-on weights on the front end. From what understand, the previous owner did a lot of snow blowing.

I did install the new ROPS, as it did not come with it. Also discovered the seatbelt was missing. Oh well, just having fun.
