If the new filter is the grey one (as seen in your photo), and the frame below the filter has a notch to allow access to the filter, could that frame rail also be new?

Thats a good question. But they didn't mention this as being one of the parts replaced.

The frame part numbers changed after Serial # 11499. The different parts look like an added hole at front end of frame.
