I destroyed the sidewall last summer.

Something punctured a big hole in one this afternoon.

This is two that’s failed.

Almost $300 a pop ain’t cheap.

I limbed the ZD1511 a 1/4 mile back to the shop & pulled out the ZD1611 to continue to mow until dark.

These mowers are super heavy & need a tougher tire especially mowing horizontally on these steep banks.

Any ideas ?
I don’t want to swap down to 12” wheels as both of my mowers have 16”

I’ve heard the Tweels doesn't hold up well with the ZD1211 & bigger machines because they are so much heavier.
Idk personally myself tho.

I don’t use them because I run fluid filled rears with 140lbs of weight on front axle for my steep banks.

Mine are filled with a sealer. I don't know if I've ever punctured them, because they automatically seal

Get them foam filled. There is a foam that you can fill them with that adds weight and will allow you to run them bald! It also isn't the hard type, it's a softer fill that won't jar your teeth.
