I have a 265 with no brakes. I pulled the right rear tire and checked the lining on the shoes, not knowing what the thickness they should be, but there is 5/16" thickness. I can push the brake pedal until it stops and no brakes. This thing is a danger to operate. If some one could give me the correct procedure to adjust the brake, I will appreciate it.
