Mahindra 2615
Well I got everything done and it works great..So if anyone was wondering if this Model of backhoe would work it sure will. The best thing is I found it om Craigslist locally for 1200.Not bad when I see what the Mahindra unit for my tractor would have cost. Thanks for all the help I received on TBN. Dan.s 317-512-0188

It would be great seeing pictures of a green hoe on a red tractor. Congratulations on making it work, and saving a bundle of dough.

ACHING BACK
it won't be green long lol going to spray it Mahinxra red. I would be happy to post pictures of the unit I soon as I figure out how .. I will post pics of the subframe and mount platoons if folks want to see them. Again a special thanks to Galen who actually took my phone call and walked me threw the hydraulic setup. I'm a welder fabricator by trade .But as Galen can tell ya I was lost on the Hydro hook-up..

Not to hijack the thread, but is there a sub frame mounted BH that will allow for a mid mower on the 2615? i currently have a 3 point hoe, and have been told it would be in my best interest to go to a sub frame. I'm hopefully getting my 2615 this weekend and it has a mid mower. I'm not all that worried about it, but just wondering if one exist?

Broke Solid
Im not aware of one ,but after using mine to dig out several stumps I can tell you I would not trust the 3pt system .I think you would eventually damage the tractor . The backhoe really puts a workout on the tractor . My thought,The more you spread the stress out across the unit the better off you are. I built my frame to mount to the loader mounts and to the rear axle and drawbar. Not sure but I think it would be very tight to get a mid mount mower in there as well. The only thing I dont like about mine is that i have to remove the subframe to utilize the 3pt do to the way my hoe mounts ,But I will spend the extra 30min to remove it or install it to limit damaging the tractor . Just my 2 cents :D

Thanks for the input. Maybe i can also try to build some type of sub frame. i will need to look at the tractor once i get it. I've been running the hoe on a little 21hp B7500 with no problems, but I'm very deliberate when digging and positioning the tractor. So being that the 2615 is much bigger, i should have no problems I'm thinking. Very excited to get my new to me tractor!

It is a DuAL 1015, basically the same as a woods 750.
