Whats strange is my left fender seems to be at a slight downward angle exactly like yours. I thought I may have wedged my rops at sometime to have bent it, but maybe it's a factory thing...

My fender is tweaked a bit too. I think it is inherent in the design.

I never noticed, but you are right about the fender. I always get on and off the tractor on that side, I wonder if stepping on the step and pulling on the handle makes that happen. I should have taken some pics when it was new I guess.
