I believe the fuse you are looking for is located in the RH post of the cab.

Thanks. I plan in checking the center of the plug with a lighted tester for power and then check for continuity on the ground.

***UPDATE***

The 2 issues are related. There is no fuse behind the lighter in the B post. The fuse for the lighter is in the panel under the steering wheel. It is labeled coupler. Don't know why?? After I replaced that fuse, The 4 way flasher started to work. Not being able to believe it, I pulled the the fuse I just replaced and the 4 way flasher did not work.

THANKS! .. This did help .. I have the same tractor you have and was going to hookup my electric sprayer and noticed my power outlet was not working ..
