I've noticed that my 2538 tilt function will leak and doesn't seem to have as much curling force as it should.

I've parked it with the loader in the air and the forks parallel to the ground and come out an hour later and see the fork tips touching the ground. No fluid coming from cylinders or fittings or from the valve box so I'm thinking it's leaking past somewhere inside the valve box or inside a cylinder. Any quick fix for this or something to adjust or is this dealer/warranty related?

It's fairly normal, nothing to worry about. Now, if the same thing happens when the tractor is running, you have a problem. The leverage of the forks is greater than the resistance force of the curl cylinders.

It also happens when the tractor is on. That's what has led me to believe it has less curling power when running. I have to constantly try to curl heavy loads such as hay bales to prevent them from tilting forward.

I was wanting to see if it was cylinder drift but there's no where for the pressure to relieve itself if the cylinders were drifting naturally unless there's a leak through the valve block. Is this something I can adjust on the valve block?

The 2538 has check valves in the loader hydraulic circuit that prevent what you have described from happening. If they didn't you would have a heck of a time lining the loader up once you took it off.
