2520 W/62d deck- deck is still falling out

47Chevy, this is really a weird problem. I don't think anyone else on this forum as had such a problem have they? There has got to be something else wrong with your hardware or setup. Is the front mount for the deck adjusted properly? Perhaps if that is incorrect it could cause some weird loading on the J pins that caused them to work loose. Or maybe you have the "too long a drive shaft" problem that I saw someone else had on some JD machine with 62D deck. Does you deck lift properly and evenly? That might cause the deck not to lift properly and cause some of these pin problems. I don't know what it might be but I think I'd look at all other prossible problems. You have something more going on then just bad luck. Another thought, is your deck vibrating really bad? Perhaps it is severely out of balance for some reason? I'm just taking shots in the dark but I cannot imagine why you are having the problems that you are. I hope you figure this out.
