When I curl or uncurl the 2365 hoe it squeals like a pig. The connectors are tight,no fluid leaks and the hoe is well greased.
Any thoughts? Dave

is the power-beyond all the way open? My dealer put my in half way so the hoe and the 3pt would work without me doing anything. It caused lots of squeeling until I took it all the way out.

I have no idea what the power- beyond is or where.
Thanks,Dave

There is a lever on the main valve that has to be turned when using the backhoe, and moved back when you remove the backhoe.
I can't remember exactly where it is as it is not the same location as my CK20HST. Maybe someone else with a backhoe can tell you.
I do remember that someone said it was a little difficult to get to, up under the right floorboard on the main valve block.

On my ck30 the valve is inside the right side fender. If you follow the hyd lines back from the BH you'll happen upon this valve..................at least on mine. Facing outwards there is a stubby stainless (looking) shaft sticking outboard. It has to all the way open to run the bh and all the way closed when the bh is removed in order for the 3 pt hitch to operate. On mine I wish there was a knob or some sort of crank but you can turn it using your hand. Now for direction of turn..........I don't recall but if you leave the bh on try one way then try the other. One direction the bh won't work at all so it is the other way. I hope this pic helps Keep in mind this pic is from undernieth but that shaft that looks like you put a wrench on it is what needs to be opened or closed

Drew, can you edit this and add a circle of color around the part you're talking about? It's a little hard to know which one it is.
The picture is great, just has too many things in it!
That's under the right rear fender?
thanks

I just move the yellow lever forward for the backhoe and to the center for the loader. The noise is only when I curl or uncurl the 2365 bucket.

KiotiJohn,
There are three things that look like screws.... far right bottom is a big allen screw. The next up and to the left is the valve stem. Upper one is no really a screw or valve...just a "bump" /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif In his picture, the valve stem has chipped paint.

I'm lucky to be able to get a pic off a camera and you want to edit it???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif I still have those resized coyote pics sitting in my e-mail 'cause now I don't know what to do with them. I'm a computer moron. Yes it is the thing that has chipped paint.

Drew, it sounds like he has the optional remote valve levers with the four ports in the back instead of the type you show which is what I have also. I added mine myself when I got the bh. I've never seen the lever set up on a tractor to have any idea where they get the hydro pressure from. As far as which way to turn our type of valve, counterclockwise until it stops for the bh and clockwise until it seats for the 3pt. Maybe he has a problem with the control valve for the curl. One easy test would be to switch four lines from the control blocks under the hand controls. Curl and crowd would be the easiest way to go. Just remember the joystick will be different. If the curl still squeals, then it's not the control valve but something further down the line to the cylinder. Just a way to test and should take about 1/2 hour.
After going back, I see he has a CK20. I have no idea about those tractor controls but the BH test would still work. My KB2375 shouldn't be that much different.

Dave,
This lever your talking about, is it right next to your 3PH lever? If so, it's for the rear remotes which are used to power the BH. As for the squealing, if is it coming from the hydraulics when using that function (curl/uncurl), does the bucket move any slower than it use too? Do you still seem to have the power to curl the bucket when trying to dig?

Sorry, I made an incorrect statement about which way to turn the valve. I put my BH on today and clockwise is for the BH and counterclockwise is for normal. This is for the picture that Drew is showing on the CK30hst.

Steve, the hoe seems to have plenty of power. The curl and uncurl is a little slow. Dave
