Backhoe 2365 backhoe squeals like a pig

When I uncurl the bucket it makes a loud squeal. The dealer has replaced the cylinder. Any suggestions?

Air in the cylinder? Try cycleing it several times to work all the air out. I know when I rebuilt my loader bucket cylinders, it took alot cycleing of the bucket before it stopped. If that's not it, maybe you've got a "frozen" or sticking bucket pin. Check all pins and be sure they're taking grease.

don't want to state the obvious..... is your fluid level full? low oil will result in air in the system and make noise.

A bent rod will squeal pretty bad when it goes in or out of the cylinder.
