Anyone have trouble getting the rubber knob to stay on the loader joystick? I was thinking of gluing it on somehow but not sure what will work. It seems to come loose quite easily. I'm sure it's half my fault (stess manuevering on hills and such), but after all it is only a friction fit of rubber on metal. Is there a retrofit? I understand all the current Deere models are this way.

I've had my 2320 since October and it now has almost 40 hours on it. I use the **** out of my FEL and I have not had a single problem with the joystick.

After about 110 hours of operation, the knob on mine is OK also.

The best adhesive I have ever seen for knobs is 3M Super Weather Strip Adhesive. I have used it on a lot of knobs over the years. It comes in yellow and black.

Scott,

Same problem. I figured I was lucky just to find it after losing it moving snow.
Right now I've got it back on with just a friction fit. Figured I'd use some silicone once the weather got better. I like some of these ideas better. Thanks for the tips guys.

You can try what they use for golf club grips.

wrap the stick with 2-sided tape, peel the backing off, soak it down with lighter fluid, then slide the knob on.
24 hours later, the fluid will have flashed off and you'll have to cut the knob off in pieces to get it off again.

oh, and wash the drips of lighter fluid off your tractor before starting it up again.
;)
