going to look at a 231S MF friday with 180 hours, trailer, bush hog, and box blade. $10000. says they bought it new to cut 8 acres and are moving and that it's in really good shape. tractor made in turkey according to tractordata. will this tractor serve me well cutting grass mainly and is this a fair price?

I have a 2000 year 231s . I mow five acres every week with it and a six foot lands pride finish mower. I could not be happier. I do have a hydraulic issue that needs to be addressed yet. It is a bit on the loud side so hearing protection is a must
. It is very fuel efficient. My neigbor has 2 . One here and another at his hunting farm . He is very happy too.one of his is newer 2003 maybe and he does not like its foot pedals /throttle .They are a little diffrent position.
Price might be a little high. I bought mine with a box blade for 6k. I have seen others at 6k to 10k.
