2310 3pt hitch operation

I just bought a 2310 and I am confused with the 2 levers for the hitch. They both seem to do the same thing. I cannot seem to figure one for draft or speed. Help me out here........ I be cornfused. Thanks

I believe the inside lever is draft control and the outside is position control. Neither are for speed control, that may or may not on the right hand of the rear end, the control knob will be in the shape of a half moon. It rotates clockwise and counter clockwise.
