2305 has bent 200cx mounts?

Hi:

One other thing to keep in mind is that on the 200CX, all the twisting force produced
by the bucket acting as a lever goes through that single tubular mount. On the bigger loaders (I have a 2305/200CX and a 3720/300cx) the loader has a mount that locks onto the front frame/weight bracket of the tractor distributing that torsional force. Imagine the foot lbs of force 800lbs of weight plus the weight of the bucket have 5, 6, or 7' from the center? That's a huge amount of twisting force....

Some are stronger than others. The mounts on the ML275 loader on the Mahindra are extremely strong. The rest of the loader is not up to the mounts. The arms have bent very slightly from using all the tractors HP in 1st gear pushes. I really cant complain. Ill back off a notch til I can reinforce them.

Im glad the mounts are strong cuz bending anything bolted to the tractor iron is scary since this can cause the bolt heads to be pried, applying a bending moment, rather than being in tension and shear as they are designed. This is harder on the bolt and the tractor metal. The bolt is easy to replace.....

My sales rep at the JD delaer happened to mention about a year ago that you can easily bend the 200CX loader with abuse. He was specifically talking about running the bucket into very hard soil trying to break it up.

Do you mean ramming rather than pushing in?? Always a nono.
