The best option would be to add a grapple to the bucket you have now to save weight. There are alot of ideas here on TBN, do a search on "grapple" and get comfortable to do alot of reading.
You will also have to add a hydraulic remote to control it, The best would be a electric diverter mounted on the FEL.
