2305 cruise control

I have ordered this option so I can add it to my 2305. Has anyone had any experience with adding the cruise control?

I had the dealer add the cruise control option to my new 2305 and it works very well. I use it when I'm mowing waterways which are up to a half mile long and it really helps my leg from cramping. When I'm mowing around the buildings, it's not really very practical because I'm continually changing speeds, turning, etc.

I installed mine after I had he tractor for a while and use it when mowing or dragging the horse pastures. It's great for that but I don't use it anywhere else.

thanks for the responces. Was it much at all to install?

Not a huge job. A harness, relay, switch, magnet assembly. Maybe a couple hours without the "pedal problem". (On the early models the pedal arm wasn't made for the C/C and had to be replaced.)
