Has anyone figured out what to do with the extra hose coming from the loader when attaching it to the tractor?

I found it to be a pain to hook them up and have them lay correctly after they were off a few days, I turned the ends of the hoses at the fittings at the tractor end and have the bulk going out towards the exit deflector on the deck.

I am considering having them shortened at the dealer, I asked and they said they could do it. I feel these are long because the loader fits other JD models of tractors.

Pretty simple to shorten them... After removing them from the tractor, they'll cut em off with a chop saw and crimp on a new fitting.

That's how I would do it at my job. My work only has a stationary crimping machine. The dealer might have a portable crimper.
