2240 3-cylinder diesel brake pedals sticking

I've got a late model 2240 and the brake pedals are sticking seeing if anyone has ever rebuilt this brake valve assembly if so how hard is it to rebuild simple or difficult whatever it takes I'll rebuild it any advice would be appreciated thanks and have a very blessed day

Have you lubricated the brake pedal pivot pin??

I've tryed everything the pedals are sticking and I've got to pull them back by hand

If brake pedal bushings are free on pins the only thing left is pistons(parts key 6) are binding in brake valve housing exceeding the strength of springs(parts key 8)
