2210 vs 2305

Are there any functional differences or improvements between the 2210 and the 2305?

Nope. Basically the same tractor. The 2305 has the sloping hood and 200CX loader that compliments it, cruise control option, and independent MMM lift, and another horsepower. Some don't care for the composite hood, vs the steel one on the 2210, others have had issues with the fan/radiator closeness on the 2305. Otherwise you can't go wrong with either one.

When did they go to the composite hood on the 2305. I bought one a month ago that has a steel hood.

Go and look at a 2210 and the hood is nowhere the same.

JDFANATIC How do you know the 2210 is better when you don't even know what the 2305 hood is made of? Just curious.

I never said the 2210 was better. The hood on the 2305, to me, is a composite hood, not in that it is plastic (I actually prefer plastic hoods), but the way it appears to be fabricated from several pieces (due in part possibly because of the sloping design, which is almost universaly applauded). The intent of my post was to answer the OP's question about the differences.

I think 4100's are better than both 2210 and 2305s.
