While I am mowing my 3pt arms keep dropping down and annoying me. When I back up they dig in the ground. Is there anything I can do?

I added chains to mine. It also worked as a kind of position control.

If you mean when you're using the MMM, then just don't lower them that far. If you look, the MMM hits the height setting far before the arms are fully lowered. If the arms drop past that point, then tighten the rate of drop knob.

Do like JDFANATIC said. When you lower the mmm and see it stop at the height you set it at. Move the 3pt control lever to the middle position. This is what I do on my 2305 it works for me.

I believe 35DMAN is having the same problem I had with the 2210 I used to own. The arms will settle as I would mow. Before I added the chains I had to keep track of how low the arms were & keep raising them.

My arms don't certainly drop like that, but it might be the adjustment on the rate-of-drop knob that I'm at.

What do you mean drop knob? I set my cutting height, then as I am mowing the arms eventually fall to the ground.

The drop rate knob is the knob that is below the seat. It adjusts how fast the 3pt hitch lowers with the control lever.

Chevy, You say you used to own a 2210. Why did you trade to a 2320?

When you lower the deck, and it gets all the way down, then pull the 3pt adjuster lever back to the MIDDLE so the arms don't keep falling. My dad used to do this with our old 2210 and he couldn't grasp the technique either.
