Well it's been 22 days since the first post and video of the wheel issues with the new RTV X series wobbling wheels and still nothing from the motherland.

Let's wake up kubota!! As everyday goes by thousands of these units are sold just waiting for a recall.

Still waiting!!!!!

Call Kubota regional or even headquarters..I wouldn't be waiting.

No warranties expressed or implied on the following...Found to the best of my limited ability.

Here's what I found for regional close to our area anyway: (Phone number via Verizon reverse lookup).

Kubota Tractor Corp
6300 At One Kubota Way
Groveport, OH 43125
(614) 835-3913

This looks like headquarters, but I can't be certain.

Kubota Tractor Corp
1050 Northbrook Pkwy
Suwanee, GA 30024

Not sure but Tailrotor is not an owner so he probably can't do a whole lot. I know of a couple dealers in addition to mine who are tearing the machines down with the factory rep involved. Hopefully that will get a resolution to the problem.

I'd call anyway..Customer is the purpose for the dealer..Gotta be respectful, rants will end up with a dial tone on those numbers most likely.

I called Kubota Canada for a totally unrelated (to me) issue and they were fine to talk to.

You are right I don't own one. But I drive one, work one, ride in one everyday.
Have all the manuals, serial numbers, and parts in my office desk draw am responsible for all the maintenance and upkeep. Ain't that kind of the same thing it's got to count for something.

I want to try and fix a problem that anyone that owns or works on can plainly see is a accident waiting to happen.

I can tell you this the first thing they ask for when you call is the serial number of the unit in question. And you better have sometime to hang out it's going to be a while.:mur::mur::mur:

Hey guys!

Mine is in the shop at the dealer, washed, waxed and Armor All'd. It sure looks nice sitting there on four jack stands! lol

I'm also still waiting to hear from Kubota as I mail out my 2nd payment to them.

I loved mine and I waited a long time for them to come out so I could get one. But this is the very reason I had them take mine back because I didnt want mine sitting at the dealer while I was paying for it....I went thru this with my B3030 and it took over a year and a half to finally get things resolved. I sure hope they dont take very long with the fix as I would really consider getting another one if its right.

Gonna make a video tomorrow and take it to the dealer to show. 40 miles and 10 hrs. Just got it back because of a coolant leak. Hope this gets figured out quick

I don't have one but agree completely.

Don't leave them at the dealership, just keep driving.

You're not going to hurt anything, just wear out some soft bushings and have sloppy handling.

This is going to take time, remember you have engineers and company vip's involved. ha ha Who gets to blame whom?

Showed my dealer his eyes went wide. We looked up parts for that real wheel assembly and it looks like a $1.49 bushing. He said keep driving he will back it up up. I'm somewhat good with that
