2186 cub cadet

I have a cub cadet 2186
Yesterday it just quit.
Lights work, fuses good, just dead
Battery new and charged.
Later on it started again and quit again.
If it quit after starting and running, could it be the starter?
There is power to yhe starter.
I need help.

The way i read your post, after it uas started and ran for a bit, it will just cut out. If this is the issue, i am very confident your issue is not the staror. First i would unscrew the gas cap.Next time it cuts out immediatly look for spark to indicate a bad coil.
