I have Northen Extra Sweet and Gotta Have It.

The Northern Extra Sweet is much more vigorous. The Gotta Have It is supposed to make up to 3 ears per stalk.

Interesting. Thanks for the suggestion - we did just buy a pressure canner!

Picked a couple bowls of tart cherries before the birds got them. Enough for 3-4 pies.
