When the unit was delivered, engagement of the pto lit up the 1000 pto light on the dash. Turns out, library in the computer was corrupt. Reprogramming fixed the issue.
Then at 8 hrs. The pto wouldn't fully engage causing codes and the STOP light on the dash to light up. Ended up being the speed sensor for the pto on the rear of the tractor, by the pto, failed.
Then at 10hrs. A hydraulic line coupler coming from the back of the tractor to the loader valve o-ring failed. Which I believe was from not being tightened correctly from the factory. A couple of the other lines were somewhat loose as well.
Also had a check engine light come on, due to the bolt coming out of the linkage from the egr actuator to the egr valve.
Now they put 2.5 gallons of hydraulic fluid in and told me that was enough. Have to get more because of loader cavitation. Went and checked the level after shut down and it is only 1/3 up on the sight glass!!
Not a pleasant 12hrs so far. Hopefully all the bugs are worked out and no more worries!
Made 2 payments and not been able to use it much yet.
