2019 4044 oil leak on top of steering column

On my 2019 4044M I'm having a hydraulic oil leak occasionally coming out of the top seal in the steering column. Sometimes it will stop for a short period then start again. I'm looking for any help or advice.

I do not have a service or tech manual but have removed all the dash, steering wheel and parts down to the seal on top. The seal looks like it may need to be installed from the other side. I have read some old post about metering valve and pressure valves being bad. This tractor has 300 hrs. on it.

Usually with hydrostatic power steering, the visible seals are only for keeping out dirt and water. The seals/O rings keeping the hydraulic pressure in are inside the steering box.

Has tractor warranty expired? I agree with Dave most seals that control oil pressure in a valve require valve disassembly to R&R seal.
