2015 NH L-228 swap from iso to h

I bought a skid steer from a guy I know who uses iso. I favor H and am trying to swap the drive pattern. There's a switch but sadly it's not a simple press to change. My buddy informed me that it requires a combo of buttons to press to switch, not like the old ones with a lever. I can't figure it out and it didn't come with a manual. Anyone have a clue? Here's a picture of the control panel

Yea I followed this and it wouldn't swap over. I'm taking it to a place for them to look at. Thanks for your help
