2011 JLG Ariel lift with Duetz engine not starting when Hot

One of my JLG boom lifts are acting funky on me, any help is appreciated. Lift has a Duetz (Model D 2011 L 04) engine with a MFGDATE 07/2019.
Engine starts and runs nicely untill the lift has reached Temperature and you turn the lift off. once lift is turned off it will crank over strong but wont fire. If i put a jump pack on the lift it fires right back up no issue OR..... If the lift is left to sit for 20 minutes or so, it will fire up with no issues.. have already replaced Battery, and both Relay Solenoids (PN.3740067)

Water cooled I believe? Sounds like a temperature problem, so I would look at bypassing the temp sender or replacing it.

Thanks for taking the time to give me some input.. This lift is actually oil cooled, not water cooled. And what is confusing me is that when the lift wont start all i have to do is bump the battery with a jump pack. I got a new battery coming today, gonna try to see if that eliminates my problem... (maybe a bad cell in battery)?

Installed new battery along with installing new solenoid relays (replaced both) and as i expected im still having same issue..

Update for those who are curious enough to have followed this,

I bought a new solenoid based off of best guess from the "tech" that came out to assist in diag., and it wasn't the right part :screwy: Ordered by engine number and everything.
Ended up talking to a Deutz engine guru, and as soon as I mentioned JLG he wen't "Oh, I know what your problem is"
Turns out JLG has a specific control unit for these engines. Deutz does uses on/off for the solenoid, and other governing equipment to adjust the fuel flow. JLG uses their own digital control on the engines for both on/off and RPM. The shut-off solenoid is actually a digitally controlled fuel actuator. Apparently they go bad often enough these guys stock them and we have one on the way.

Should have it swapped and working like used shortly.

So i actually had a digitally controlled fuel actuator (part # 7027792) instock and on my shelf, i installed with high hopes of narrowing down my issue but sure enough still no luck with swapping that. going to start inspecting my harness to see if i can locate where im getting my voltage drop.
