Honest to goodness, it's a 2010 which is still an embarrassment forDeere to this day.
What hydraulic loads are connected to the tractor? It's common to plumb something in and to dead head the open Center pump which smashes it to bits.
The suction screen is noted for both it's layer of filth which blocks flow. And for how difficult it is to service the filter.
The pump may not have primed . Did you pack the pump with thick oil or light grease before installation?
You may have to force some oil into the pump.
Not intending to insult you but........ You would have been ahead of the game to have taken the $$$ you just put into that tractor along with what the 2010 would bring for scrap. And pay a good way into something 30 years newer that works.
