2009 sltx 1050 belt alignment

I have a 2009 sltx 1050 deck. The belt falls off right away from the idler pulley. The idler pulley bracket and both pulleys doesn’t run parallel to the deck and points down towards the front . Should that be slanted down or run parallel to the other pulleys.
