2009 kobota with loader backhoe and 72: tiller 87 hours 4x4

looking to buy this tractor they want 28000.00 firm in Canada thing this is a fair price , but could use some input / Buhler tiller /BH 90a backhoe only 87 hr L4400

Check TractorData.com - information on all makes and models of tractors for prices.Looks like that price is close for that machine.Back-hoe adds about $6000.00 and another $1200 for the tiller.Low hours....

I now am a Kubota owner L4400 backhoe / loader / pallet forks / 72 inch tiller . can not find anywhere if it matters if I shut fuel off at petcock when tractor is not in use. Please advise

Congratulations on the L4400 mine has been a rock solid machine. No need to shut the fuel valve.
