2008 MF GC2310 price? $14900 fair?

I’ve been searching Facebook marketplace. I posted looking for advice on a JD. I think it was overpriced.

So now, Im really interested in this Kubota

fair price?
It has 500 hrs. I’m in PA.

First..what does a new one cost. Second is that one free and clear on the lien. Third can you get maintenance records. Fourth, what are you doing with it?

Seems a little high for its age. I sold my 14’ GC1710 in 2019, 575 hours for $14500.

Seems too high to me, too. In 2018, I paid $17k for a near cherry GC1710 with 50 hrs on her, complete with the 60" mmm deck, a set of pin-on forks, and a few other minor add-ons.
