Price Check 2008 M7040 Price Check

For a 2008 M7040, 4wd, Loader, Hydraulic Shuttle, etc., ROPS Model. Price is $39,500 CAD, tax in, so under farm use I end up paying $34,365 CAD.

How's that sound? I opted to go from the 5040 to the 7040 for the increase in power, plus I get a full tax exemption by having at least 62hp at the PTO. I also decided against the cab since it's just too expensive.

I get the 0% for 48.

That's high for where I am at, but as we have discussed Kubota's pricing structure is different in Canada for some reason.

I did some comparative shopping, and the Case JX80 runs around the same price. I didn't look into Deere or MF, but I suspect they are on par with each other.

Unless I purchase at a distance and have it shipped, I don't think I have many other options. I'm close to the border (1 hour), but I don't believe the hassle is even worth it. Plus, Kubota did say they won't honor the warranty, which is one of the primary reasons why I'm going new.

Was quoted yesterday at a canadian dealer 42,000 for 7040 with cab loader hydro shuttle 4wd cash price. 3000$ more if you go with the financing.

I was just quoted $36,700 by an Ontario dealer for the same tractor. Where was your dealer? Ontario?

For a 2008 M7040 4wd, hyd shuttle, rops model with a canopy, 1153 qa loader, I was quoted $29,703 last week.

My dealer is in Barrie, ON. Your price sounds good, my dealer will have to sharpen his pencil.

My friend bought a M7040 cab, no loader for $26000 last year. If he was honest or remembered correctly, that is the best price I have seen.
