What's a fair price for a 2008/2007 B7510 FEL with about 100 hours? It's also geared , opposed to the HST. I'm going to use it for maintaining my 12.5 acre property. Mostly mowing and some snow removal.

First, that is an awesome tractor. Second, this is locally influenced to a HUGE degree. Information from guys all over the country needs to be processed with that perspective.

Tractor House is your friend for building comps. NOTE: The prices are inflated at "list" or asking prices. Don't believe many folks pay asking price for used equipment without dickering a grand off.

The gear version is going to be very difficult to comp. So few out there. Generally, knock off $1500 for the gear, but again, this varies too.

Here's a comp from TractorHouse. It has super low hours, FEL and HST. $10K and likely could be gotten for 9200. There are quite a few B7510s for you to look at on their site.
