One dealer said it was, one said it wasn’t. Original seller said it was. Just trying to sort what I’ve got.

It was available on the D Series, so if yours has it there will be a switch to select it or a separate connector to plug the high flow hose into.

A switch on the dash? Just so I understand, a high flow machine would have a regular flow on off switch and then a high flow on off switch?

Just one switch.

On the center console labeled "High Flow".

Should I assume no hi flow despite the 3 hydraulic lines up front?

That is what I'm thinking. I looked at older std. flow Toolcats online and they too seem to have the 3 lines up front.

Right, the small center line is case drain.

It's a common misconception that the presence of a case drain connection indicates a High Flow machine. It has nothing to do with high flow vs standard flow. All Toolcats have the 3 aux hydraulic lines, even in '02-03 when high flow wasn't available as an option.
Another thing to be aware of is that high flow vs standard flow is really only relevant when talking about the same machine. Standard flow on some skid loaders has a higher flow rate than high flow on a Toolcat.
