2007 Montana 2740 Tractor no reverse!!

Hey guys, I just picked up a Montana 2740 and i noticed it wont go into reverse. Goes into neutral and forward gear just fine but does not move when i put it into reverse. Any ideas? Has 320 hours on the tractor as well.
