John Deere Model 790
My John Deere 790 will not start at all. I only have 165 hours on my tractor.
I have checked all electrical and I am getting fire to everything but it will not even click or anything.
I out a new battery in it, a new negative cable also. None of the lights will work. When you turn
the switch nothing happens. Usually when you turn the switch, the heater starts clicking and you are supposed to let it heat for 30 seconds. It does nothing.
The last time I used it was in September, parked it. Early December tried to crank, it clicked and then quit.
Nothing since.

Check that the safety switches are in proper position, such as neutral safety switch.
Check fuses.

Not sure what "Checked all electrical and getting fire to everything" means if you are not getting lights to work, with the switch on, etc.. and nothing happens. Maybe need to follow the electrical path to find out where it stops. ;)

Help will come and will get you back and running. Give us a rundown where the electrical stops.

You should have lights, even if the the starter doesn't work. No dash lights or fuel selenoid "click" when you turn the key on would indicate that something is wrong with the battery. Or the battery cables.

I would start there - again. As beenthere mentioned, a check through the fuse box is also mandatory.

Seems like it has to be the battery or cables.
