2007 CT36 Keeps jumping out of forward gear...also the 2wd & 4wd shifter has no resistance when moving lever

I have a 2007 CT36 keeps jumping out of forward gear.....I have adjusted the linkage with no help....Also the 2wd & 4wd shifter has no resistance when moving lever ..a little over 500 hrs.. This tractor only has a little over 500 hrs....any help is appreciated ...
