2006 Kubota B26 will not start

Long story and will try to make it short. At first my 2006 B26 would start and than 2-5 minutes later die. I by passed the the seat switch about 6 months ago and had no problems. Yesterday it did it again. I started diagnosing with voltmeter in hand. I ordered a new switch last night. Today I went out to look further and found no voltage at the switch and no lights on my dash (glow plug, etc) and my fuel gauge is not reading. Nothing!! I'm going backwards!! At least yesterday these worked!! No relay clicks. I checked all the fuses and relays and all are ok. Battery is good (I even jumped it), No power to the little wire at the starter. My concern now is that even when I get the new switch in it won't do any good as the "B" wire at the ignition switch is now dead. I cant even move it due to the bucket is down! Any ideas??? THANKS!

clean all your wire connections battery, ground etc

I agree with Willy, sounds like you have a bad battery connection or connections somewhere ! That would be the first things I would do !

Check the ground and slowly check wires for rodent chewing...let us know your findings.

Clean and check your fuses. On the B20 there is a high amp fuse near the starter. Looks like a loop of wire with a connector. Usually wire tied to the wiring bundle. Had this unusual fuse blow after decades of use. Think my newer kubota tractors have the same thing.

All for safety and improvements. Don’t like when safety switches malfunction shuts down the tractor usually at the worst time and furtherest from the shop. Need a “combat” master override switch. Sometimes I need to stand to see to operate safely.
