From the time I bought this CC 6284 last summer, it appears to vibrate (engine) at idle 1400 rpms more than it should. It runs fine above the normal idle speed, from 1500 to 3000 rpms, but or some reason I'm thinking I might need to replace the Glow Plugs. I have adjusted the throttle cable some, but that didn't take care of the rough engine vibration. I also replace the motor mounts, which was shot due to the previous own having the idle at 600 rpms. My neighbor has a John Deere 1023 diesel and it doesn't idle rough.
