Check out eBay or local hydraulic shops—I’ve had way better luck taking the cylinder directly to a seal specialist. They can usually match the O-rings and scrapers for a fraction of what a branded kit costs, and the quality is often better than the OEM stuff that’s been sitting on a shelf for years. If you go that route, just make sure you have the rod diameter and bore size handy, or just bring the old seals in for them to mic out. It’s a lot less of a headache than waiting on a backordered kit from a dealer.
