2004 Mazda B3000 V6 3.0 should I change water pump after storage at 83,000 miles

I parked my 2004 Mazda B3000 V6 3.0 at 83,000 miles in 2017 because I had other vehicles and there's been a safety recall on the airbags. The airbag parts are supposed to be available now, and I'm getting it ready to drive again.

I'm not seeing any evidence of the original water pump leaking, but should I replace it as preventative maintenance?

currently getting new tires, serpentiine belt, cooland/heater hoses, coolant, oil, oil fitler, air filter and battery. Spark plugs were changed around 70k miles already. The brake pads still have life all around. Clutch seems ok.

Anything else I should replace?

I personally am not a fan of replacing stuff if it’s not broken. Some of the stuff you listed is a good idea, belts, hoses and fluids.

Im not a fan of the brake fluid flush and replacement unless it’s be contaminated. I have read different view points on this though.

no point in replacing water pump if it's not leaking. just keep an eye on things, looks like you already have.

Take a whiff at your gas. If it smells funny, you better drain it and replace it. 5 years of sitting could cause it to varnish up.

Had a 1983 Benz 240D that we stored for 4 years. Never had to replace the water pump nor the thermostat. If they both work, do not replace.

Watch out for brake system leaks. Had to replace the clutch master cylinder after storage.

One valve apparently rusted, too, and resulted in having to do valve job on the head.

I replaced the fuel pump which is located in the gas tank during the time the truck has been stored. There isn't much gas in the tank.

The 3.0L is a pretty good engine I doubt I'd worry much about it...

I do everything myself so I just deal with things as they come, I'm not one to replace stuff that isn't bad especially now that "new" parts are of questionable quality...

If it isn’t broken don’t fix it. I wouldn’t change the hoses or belts either.
