2004 Massey Ferguson GC2300 Loader issue

I hope I am posting this in the right place new here so I apologize in advance. I have a 2004 Massey Ferguson GC2300 and my loader which is actually a MF 2350 loader, goes up with no issue bucket tilts with no issue but when lowering the bucket it is very slow downward any ideas?

The usual advice is to remove and reconnect every quick-disconnect on the valve.
Any chance you have old fluid with moisture in it?
