582 hours with FEL.

They want 12500

Any thoughts ??

Brand new that would run about $16 (more or less depending on location). I would say that's a decent price as long as everything is in working order. Check to see how the 3pt lift works...if it's jumpy and also check out the engagement of the PTO. Which FEL? Is it the 463?

I would buy it for that price. Tractors tend to hold their value pretty well. Are you buying from the original owner or a dealer? Good to know how much maintenance was performed. Was the 50 hr and 500 hr service done on it, etc....

12,500 is a fair price, but if you're financing it, the payments could be somewhat near what the 0% interest payments would be for a new one. You could possibly suggest to them that a new one might be a better value for you in the long run to see if they will budge another few hundred off the price. If I were looking I'd jump on it at 11,500, would only consider it at 12,500.

12500 is a bit high...but not way out there...11,500 -12000 is a bit more what I would pay
