i AM LOOKING AT BUYING A 2004 110 TLB WITH TNT AND ONE FRONT HYDO . 511 HOURS GOOD RUBBER,Backhoe with 20" bucket
PRICE IS $31,500 CASH OUT THE DOOR. HOW DOES THIS PRICE SOUND. I JUST MOVED TO GOLDEN VALLEY, AZ.

Can't help you on the price, but are you looking at a former rental unit? One thing I've noticed after renting 2 different 110's, is that renters sure can beat the snot out of those machines - one of them had all sorts of little things falling apart or broken, and had some tranny problems (kept popping out of gear). One of them had 180 hrs, and the other was around 300 hrs, and I was kind of surprised at the condition of the machines with so little hours. I'm sure an actual owner wouldn't treat them the same way, but it is amazing what kind of abuse renters can shell out.

Not a bad price if it is in good shape. I have had a lot of little BS problems with mine nothing major but has caused me to lose a couple thousand in work.

Bill, why is the rental yard letting it go with so few hours? The typical piece of rental equipment is released after about 3000 hours. Look at the repair history if it exists. Get the serial number and then go to a JD dealer and explain the story. My JD dealer would look up it's history and let me know what claims were filed. JD has a excellent record keeping program.

I just replaced a 4600/FEL/BH with a new 110 Out the door price with aux hyd 24"hoe and 72" bucket was just at 34K. DEERE was offering some great incentives. The issue of WHY the machine is available with so little hours on it is critical. If it is because an owner is "giving-up" that is a mitigating factor. If it is a rental machine that is an aggravating factor.If you are lucky enough to be associated with a knowledegable heavy equipment mechanic I would make it worth his/her while to examine this machine and offer any guidance. If not, do what I do, look at it until you say to yourself, I like it, I'm going to roll the dice and buy!!! I hope it works out for you, I really like my 110TLB.

hhw, I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a loaded 110 TLB, I'm curious to find out what the JD incentives are and if I might ask what % discount did you get off the JD list price? I know it varies by regoin, I'm in AZ, thanks.

Hopefully, my response to your e-mail helped you out. Recently I checked local incentives, and found that 5-6K is about right, and the 0% is on!!!

Yes your information has been very helpful. So far I have one quote back for 12% off list. I need to get closer to 20% to make a deal, the extra 5-6K will get me there. Now I just need to find a dealer that will go that deep. My list price on the Deere site comes out to 52K, I'm hoping to get closer to 41K, that with the 0% financing makes it an easy choice. I'm very anxious to get my new 110 TLB and get to work. I'll let you know how things work out.

Wow I have less than 40K in mine and that is every option in the book and some that weren't. What ever you do GET the SKID Plate and stabilizer protection they would be worth another 5000 dollars believe me

Sounds like you got a pretty good deal, I'm getting quotes now so I'll see how they stack up against others on this board. I had one dealer say that they have never put a skid plate on a 110 TLB, I looked at the undercarriage and with my rookie eye could see where problems could easily happen, I'll get the stabilizer quards as well. Thanks for the information, I appreciate it.
