Price Check 2003 TC24D with LA12 and backhoe, how much is it worth?

I'm trying to sell mine. Figured this is the most accurate place I'm gonna get an answer. Thanks for any input. btw, it comes with a 5' blade, 6' rake, 4' tiller, and an extra bucket which is 48". The one on it is 52". Tractor has 392 hours, fully operational, no real rust aside from little piddly stuff here and there.
